the heats and finals for sports day is already out on emb last week! i hope you all still can remember which events you all are taking part! please rmb to go for the days which your events fall on, the more people participating, the more points we will get on top of our overall score!
meanwhile, exercise more like running (even most of you do not like it q:) in preparation for sports day and for a healthy lifestyle!
this fri's NAPFA is apparently only 5 stations, so we still have a bit more time to train for our most hated 2.4km! jiayou!(:
